Gauge at Troy Auto and truck made me feel safe respected and comfortable which made my bad day feel better immediately his tone and sensitive approach towards me as he knew how I could possibly be feeling being stranded i’m so thankful for him as a driver. He was very social and comforting immediately I felt like I knew him how sensitive he was to how I felt I wish I had him on every Tow that I needed in my life for me family and friends. I was stranded at JRE tire shop in Madison heights they couldn’t take my tire off Or just didn’t want to said they was closing and it might be to much work never went to a tire shop and received that kind of feeling or response for a tire change When I read there reviews on how they don’t see or great a customer and how rude they are, I just called a tow service to take me to Detroit tire where there going to take care of you and make there money I felt very uncomfortable and gauge pulled up I felt his comfortable presence and I felt better.. thank you Heavenly Father for sending Gauge

Very honest and a bit more affordable pricing than other shops around. My mechanic Jeremy did an excellent job explaining the diagnosis for my car and got my car issues fixed. By far the best auto shop in Troy!

Absolutely amazing service from Brendan and Patrick. Extra special shoutout to Brendan for the care he took of my fiancée while stuck on the side of the road. We had a pretty tough tire situation and not only did they both do an amazing job, they also never once had a negative thing to say or a nasty attitude. I would most definitely recommend anybody in need of assistance to look for it with these guys and if I ever need a tow, they will be my first call. You gentlemen are much appreciated
